Virtual Lab Documentation

This is the documentation for using the tools created by Virtual Lab:

  1. Virtual Lab: the recruitment optimization tool.
  2. Fly: a chatbot survey tool optimized for longitudinal surveys and incentive reimbursement.

These two tools are often used together, but can also be used separately.

Fly surveys run on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. If you are setting up a WhatsApp study, the two pages to read first are Channels — what differs between the two — and WhatsApp Surveys — how people get into one.
